Send the dates, we will send the PLAN
The quickest way to reach the studio yard is a short note with your dates, your headcount and the shape of the shoot. TDF Media LLC replies from the Sandy studio at 1033 E Fallbrook Way, Sandy - 84094-0721, United States (US), and every enquiry gets a real answer rather than an automated receipt. Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should a stage booking bay be reserved?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a single day, and longer for a multi day run that needs a dressing build to stay standing. Short notice dates are sometimes possible when the calendar has a gap, so it always costs nothing to ask.
Can a production bring its own lighting team and gear?
Yes. The lighting plot run becomes a joint session where the yard team hands over the room and the visiting crew confirms fixture positions before the call sheet is released. Equipment check windows can cover visiting gear as well as the house stock.
Is the yard available for a visit before booking?
Yes, by appointment. Send a note with two or three times that suit you and we will confirm a slot when the bay is between sets. The walk through covers the stage bays, the loading door, the power runs and the rack where the flats are kept.
A short note with your dates is enough to get started. We will reply with availability and an honest view of the fit.
